National's deputy says coalition talks progressing, no timeline

To politics, and National's tax cut plan is proving to be a sticking point in talks to form the next government. National campaigned on funding tax cuts, with the help of foreign house buyers - who they'd let back into the market. New Zealand First voted for the foreign buyers ban while in coalition with Labour, and is opposed to partially rolling it back. National's deputy leader Nicola Willis told Nathan Rarere while things are progressing, she's being careful not to put a timeline on talks.
