Independent Ponifasio holding deciding seat in Samoa election

Samoa's election stalemate continues into its second week with the balance of power now sitting with an independent MP. The final count has the incumbent ruling party, HRPP, and newcomer FAST with 25 seats each and the independent Tuala Iosefo Ponifasio holding what will be the deciding seat.
