Tuesday night dinner parties

For the last fifteen years in Wellington every Tuesday night, a group of people - some of them friends, some of them strangers - have got together for dinner. Nothing unusual about that, you might think - but these Tuesday night dinners are something quite out of the ordinary. Each week a volunteer hosts a 'pot luck' dinner in their home, chooses a theme and sends out an email to a list of people inviting them over for dinner five people may turn up or forty.
