'Cloud Nine' was George Harrison's 1987 comeback album which, after a five year break, put him back in the news musically. It was co-produced with Jeff Lynne of Electric Light Orchestra, a year before they teamed up with Roy Orbison, Bob Dylan, and Tom Petty to form The Traveling Wilburys in 1988.
