A former south Auckland police officer has pleaded not guilty to charges relating to harassing a woman and illegally accessing her details on the police intelligence computer.
Jason Karl Harris appeared before a registrar at the Auckland District Court this morning.
He is facing three charges, two of which relate to one woman, and the other to cultivating cannabis.
A police spokesperson has confirmed Mr Harris was a police officer in Counties Manukau from early 2007 until he resigned in April last year.
Mr Harris has been remanded on bail to reappear for a case review hearing in August.
