New Zealand swimmer Natalie Wiegersma has failed to make it out of 200m medley heats at the Olympics in London.
The 22-year-old from Southland clocked 2min 16.24s - more than 4s outside her personal best - and placed 26th of the 34 starters in the event at the Aquatic Centre on Monday.
The fastest qualifier was Chinese swim sensation, Ye Shiwen, who has already won the 400m individual women's medley.
