Anna Guy was caught in the middle of a grim murder case that captured the country's attention this year, when her husband Ewen Macdonald went on trial for the 2010 killing of her brother Scott Guy. He was found not guilty, but was sentenced to five years in prison after admitting to arson, vandalism and killing animals.
