09:05 Cyclist Lance Armstrong stripped of all his titles and banned from the sport for life

Cycling's governing body, the International Cycling Union, has stripped the American champion rider Lance Armstrong of all his titles and banned him for life. It has accepted the findings of the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), which accused Armstrong of leading the most sophisticated doping programme ever seen in sport.

Stephen Swart was a professional NZ cyclist in 1990s. He testified against Lance Armstrong re doping in USADA 2012 report and he appeared at a 2006 defamation case by Armstrong; and Kieran Turner, CEO of Bike NZ.
