New method for Youth Court reparations on trial

Attempts are being made to fix what one of the country's top judges describes as an unsatisfactory, chaotic and ad-hoc system for reparation payments. Child Youth and Family is testing a new way to help young offenders deposit cash for their victims on time and in the right place.
