Tax Working Group recommendations watered down

While the government has increased GST and cut personal and company tax; it hasn't gone as far as introducing a land tax on investment property as recommended by the Tax Working Group. The convenor of the group is Victoria University's Professor Bob Buckle who joins us in the studio.
