An internal review of ACC's new 74 million dollar case management system finds the benefits are still unclear and it's uncertain whether the expected savings of almost half a billion dollars will be achieved on time.
The new system was brought in to improve productivity and make the agency more "client centric".
It's been plagued with problems since it was rolled out in September 2020, but ACC's new chief executive says it's still worth the price tag.
