Doctors and nurses are in a race to learn how to administer Pfizer's tricky Covid-19 vaccine as a major step towards the rollout is signalled.
The government says if all goes to plan, the product could get Medsafe approval next week and the first doses could be given in March.
But there are still questions over exactly when the vaccine will arrive - and just how ready the health system is to distribute it.
