Kiwis crossing borders causing trouble in Australia

Kiwis have been racing across state lines in Australia, despite the rules clearly saying they're not allowed to do so.

It's been a matter of days since a one way bubble opened with the states of New South Wales and the Northern Territories, but New Zealanders have appeared in Victoria and Tasmania since.

Authorities are frustrated by the move, with Victoria premier Daniel Andrews laying the blame squarely on the Australian federal government.
