Employment advocates are warning of significant delays for people who are going to the Employment Relations Authority to have their disputes resolved.
The Authority or ERA intervenes when an issue between employer and employee hasn't been resolved either privately or through a mediator.
But the ERA is dealing a big backlog of cases as a result of the lockdown.
