Fox Glacier crash victim's dad blasts NZ safety standards

From Morning Report, 6:39 am on 24 May 2019

The father of a victim of the Fox Glacier sky diving plane crash in 2010 is speaking out against New Zealand's aviation safety standards. Chris Coker, whose son Bradley was one of nine people killed in the accident, has been a strong critic of this country's aviation safety record. Yesterday, the Transport Accident Investigation Commission published its final report on another Fox Glacier crash, which in 2015 killed all seven people on a helicopter. It shows numerous failings by both the operator and the watchdog Civil Aviation Authority. Chris Coker joins us from England.
