Beneficiaries should know entitlements, CAB says

From Morning Report, 8:42 am on 16 October 2017

She says Citizens Advice Bureaus around the country report some Work and Income offices aren't very helpful in telling beneficiaries what information they need, to get what they are entitled to. The CAB's social policy adviser Jayne McKendry joins us to discuss the issue.
