Research predicts which three year olds will become criminals

Testing a three year old's brain can identify if the child is likely to grow up to become a burden on society. New research out of the Dunedin Study suggests 20 percent of the population accounts for more than 80 percent of of society's health care, criminal justice, and social welfare system costs.
