Green MP and Associate Transport Minister Julie Anne Genter is blaming the Transport Agency for the stalemate over Auckland's light rail project which means it won't go ahead before the election.
The comment, posted by Ms Genter on a private Green Party Facebook page, has been leaked to RNZ, following a story by political reporter Katie Scotcher which revealed New Zealand First was refusing to back the project.
