Christchurch shooting fits ‘most definitions’ of terrorism

Dr John Battersby from Massey University teaches intelligence and terrorism. He says New Zealand has been fortunate to avoid anything like this in the last 10 to 15 years. He says whether the shooting is labelled as terrorism or not is "just semantics," and it "appears to fit most definitions" of terrorism.
