The revelation that the Fijian Drua head coach position was not advertised has raised concerns within the rugby fraternity in Fiji.
While Drua chief executive officer Mark Evans says he does not believe in advertising the role, the secretary of the Suva Rugby Union claims there is an intentional bias against locals who can do the job.
