Access to historic sites the crux of latest Norfolk dispute

The Norfolk Island administrator is at loggerheads with the island's Council of Elders over access to an historic site.

Eric Hutchinson has accused people of tampering with buildings in the World Heritage listed area on the island.

The president of the Council of Elders, David Buffett, spoke with Don Wiseman, who asked him if locks on the buildings had been changed, as Mr Hutchinson, claimed.
