A lack of sex education and men refusing to wear condoms is leading to a lot of unplanned teen pregnancies in Tonga.
That's the findings of a new report by the University of New South Wales.
As Sela Jane Hopgood reports, it found conservative attitudes are making it harder for Tongan women to speak about these issues.
