The Fiji police have completed an investigation into the death of a worker at a sugar mill in Ba.
A male employee died while working at the Rarawai Sugar Mill in July.
The police were investigating whether criminal negligence was a factor in the man's death.
A police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro, says the investigation has been completed and is before the resident magistrate.
She says no further comment can be made until the magistrate completes their review.
A separate investigation was also launched after another worker at the same mill was hospitalised with severe burns just days after the death of his colleague.
