Season 1

In this six-part series, Matangireia, acclaimed political writer and commentator Morgan Godfery conducts frank interviews with six former Māori MPs: Green MP Metiria Turei; Māori Party MP Dame Tariana Turia, NZ First MP Tuariki Delemere, Mana Motuhake/Alliance MP Sandra Lee, NZ First MP Tau Henare, and Māori Party MP Marama Fox.

Season 2

Series two of Matangireia features a diverse range of politicians, including National MP Paula Bennett, Labour MP Georgina Beyer, Mana MP Hone Harawira, NZ First MP Ron Mark, Māori Party MP Te Ururoa Flavell, Green MP Denise Roche, Labour MP Dover Samuels, and National MP Harete Hipango. Matangireia is a unique insight into the power, passion, and price of Māori politics.​
