A bus has crashed off a high bridge in northern Thailand, killing 29 people.
Police said the incident at the Khun Pha Muang bridge, which is around 50m high, happened late on Thursday.
Between 33 and 40 people were reportedly on board. Several survivors are said to be seriously injured.
Police suspect the driver fell asleep at the wheel.
The bridge is in the northern province of Phetchabun.
The BBC reports traffic accidents are common in Thailand. In July, 19 people were killed in a collision between a bus and a lorry in central Thailand.
