Stolen painting recovered

Police in Serbia have recovered a painting by Cezanne which was stolen in Switzerland three years ago. Three people are under arrest in Belgrade.

The Boy in the Red Vest was taken from the Emil Buehrle Collection in Zurich.

The BBC reports three other works by Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh and Edgar Degas were taken at the same time.

Monet's Poppies near Vetheuil and Van Gogh's Blooming Chestnut Branches were discovered undamaged in a car parked outside a psychiatric hospital in Zurich soon after the robbery.

But Ludovic Lepic and his Daughter by Degas is still missing.
