New Zealand reps and members of the development team impressed in section play of the mens and womens's pairs at the national bowls champs in Auckland yesterday.
Black Jacks Danny Delaney and Richard Girvan scored resounding wins in the final three rounds of quailfying and have joined four other New Zealand squad members among the qualifiers for tomorrow's sudden death post section play.
In the women's, Black Jack Genevieve Baildon and New Zealand squad member Jan Shirley were dominant while Leanne Curry and skip Sue Burnand won all their matches.
Today qualifiers in the mens singles will be found while the final qualifying rounds in the women's pairs will also be run.
