The English golfer Simon Dyson has had to hastily change his travel plans following his win this morning at the Irish Open.
Dyson ended a two-year winless streak with a one shot win in Killarney, which has qualified him to join the world's elite players for this week's 9.7 million dollar Bridgestone Invitational tournament in Ohio.
Wellingtonian Mark Brown had his best finish in Europe this year, tieing for 11th place om Killarney after a closing round of 70.
