The Australian National Basketball League's Wollongong Hawks have snapped their nine-game losing streak with a punishing 105-73 triumph over the Perth Wildcats.
Wollongong seized control of the game, a rematch of last season's NBL Grand Final, during a dominant 53-25 stretch over the middle two quarters, where they squeezed the life from a Wildcats' squad reeling on the back end of a testing road double-header.
The Wildcats next head to New Zealand to face the Breakers on Thursday.
