Indian cricketers win again

1:16 pm on 22 November 2008

The Indian cricketers have gone up 3-0 in their seven-match one day series against England after a Duckworth-Lewis win in Kanpur.

Chasing England's 240 all out, India were 198 for five after 40 overs when poor light forced the players off the field to abruptly end what was developing into a keen finish.

The hosts were 16 runs ahead under the revised method for weather-interrupted games and were declared winners.

The fourth one-dayer will be played in Bangalore on Sunday.

Meanwhile Sachin Tendulkar has been added to the Indian squad for the remaining matches after being rested following the Test series against Australia.
