An Australian punter has lost $80,000 betting on the world golf number one Tiger Woods to win the US Masters at Augusta.
He stood to win over half a million dollars if Woods won his first tournament back after a five-month lay-off, but Phil Mickelson's put paid to that punt.
Woods was sidelined since winning the Australian Masters last November.
In the intervening five months his image has been severely tarnished, with more than a dozen women claiming to have had sexual affairs with the father of two.
