Dumped Breakers guard Corey Webster hasn't taken long to find a new club after signing with the reigning NBL basketball champion Perth Wildcats.

The back-to-back champions wasted no time in bolstering their roster for the 2017/18 season, bringing the Tall Blacks star on to their books.
A three-time championship winning player with the New Zealand Breakers, Webster parted ways with his former club this off-season following a year of off-court issues, on-court struggles and frustrating injuries.
He's facing assault charges following an incident at an Auckland bar late last year.
The Breakers thought it would be best for Webster as a player and a person to get out of Auckland and that's what he's done, with the Wildcats quick to add the 28-year-old to its back court.
It may come back to bite the Breakers, with the Wildcats one of their staunchest rivals.
The New Zealand international is looking forward to a fresh start in Perth.
"I can't wait to start playing NBL basketball again," said Webster.
"To be continuing my career at one of the best organisations going around, who have won three of the last four titles, is very exciting for me.
"I'm also looking forward to embracing the club's community program. Overall, I'm ready to work hard both on and off the court."
Wildcats coach Trevor Gleeson, who's coached against Webster for a number of seasons, said his game speaks for itself.
"Corey's a world class shooter. One of the best shooters I've coached against. I'm real excited that he's joining our squad. He'll bring a different perimeter threat out there and I think he'll fit well with us," he said.
"We've played against him a number of times in the finals. To have that firepower on our team, combined with our defence, it's going to open up a lot of avenues our guys."
