The Wallabies number eight Wycliff Palu has been ruled out of the start of the Test rugby season with a broken hand.
Palu's expected to be sidelined for a month, after fracturing his hand in the New South Wales Waratahs' recent Super 14 win over Sharks in Durban,
His unavailability is a blow to the Wallabies, who start their season on June 6th against the Barbarians in Sydney before playing Italy twice and France.
He's expected to back in time for the tri nations test against the All Blacks on July 18th.
