The San Antonio Spurs have beaten the Memphis Grizzlies in the opening game of the best of seven NBA basketball Western Conference final.
The Spurs won 105-83 as they chase a place in the NBA finals for the first time since 2007.
The Western Conference winner will play either defending champions the Miami Heat or the Indiance Pacers in the final.
