The New Zealand tennis number one Marina Erakovic and her partner Cara Black from Zimbabwe have lost the grand final of the women's doubles at the Madrid Masters.
The pair were beaten by the Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova and the Czech Lucie Safarova
6-2, 6-4 as they took their second title as a pair.
After coming through their two previous rounds in tight super tie-breaks, Safarova and Pavlyuchenkova had much less difficulty in the final.
After a first set which they won by a margin, they took a clear lead in the second, but were nearly pegged back to 5-all.
Safarova and Pavlyuchenkova came back from 15-40 down in that game and closed the match out to lift their second trophy as a pair.
