This year's Confederations Cup football tournament in Brazil will be the best-attended ever with nearly 600,000 of the 826,000 tickets already sold, despite delays caused by stadiums being ready late.
The eight-nation tournament features the champions from each confederation as well as the hosts Brazil, Italy and Uruguay and this year's event will act as rehearsal for next year's World Cup.
97 percent of the tickets sold so far have been bought by Brazilians.
