The New Zealand Breakers have lost their third pre-season basketball game against the Wollongong Hawks, the Australians winning 90-84 in the series decider in Hamilton.
The veteran point guard CJ Bruton joined star swingman Tom Abercrombie on the injured list in Dunedin and the Hawks pounced to take the three-game series 2-1 over the reigning Australian league champions.
