The New South Wales rugby chairperson and Australian legend Nick Farr-Jones says his organisation needs to find ways to put the feel-good factor back into the Waratahs and woo back disenfranchised fans.
The Waratahs finished a disappointing 11th in the Super tournament, winning just four of 16 games and finishing with eight straight losses.
Farr-Jones says the franchise has disenfranchised a lot of people and says they need to re-engage with the community.
Farr-Jones is also disappointed by relations between NSW and the Australian Rugby Union and says politics needs to be taken out of rugby.
