Police have made an arrest over an assault in Wellington which left a man in the intensive care unit with head injuries.
The victim was with two friends when attacked on Tory Street, in the central city, about 3.50am on Thursday.
A 20-year-old man has been charged with assault on Tuesday.
Police are still looking for two witnesses, both Pacific Island men in their early to mid-20s.
