Mike Allcock, who lives in Oslo, but is on holiday in Barcelona, says the bombing and killings are unbelievable because there is very rarely any kind of violence there.
He says it's likely the bombing would have killed more people had it not been in summer, because most Norwegians leave for the majority of July.
He says he wants to be back in Oslo to be a part of the mourning. People have already begun lighting candles in the central city.
The death toll from the twin attacks on Friday afternoon has risen to 92. Friday was a public holiday.
