Tourism Holdings has bought a US RV rental company, Road Bear, for $US17 million.
Tourism Holdings says the company operates a similar model to its rental campervan and tourism businesses in New Zealand and Australia.
THL says that after acquisition costs, full year after tax earnings for the current financial year, are likely to be $2.5 million, down from $4 million previously forecast.
