The loss-making Yellow Pages Group is being pulled off the market because its owners say now's not the right time to sell.
The directories' owners, Hong-Kong-based Unitas Capital, say they will no longer consider offers to buy the company.
They say that it's not the right time for large-scale merger and acquisition activity, and that the value of the Yellow Pages Group in the current market wouldn't meet its expectations.
