The New Zealand share market was 13 points higher, or 0.4%, to 3214 on Friday.
Fletcher Building rose 3 cents to $8.35 per share, Telecom was up 1c to $2.50 and Contact Energy gained 9c to $6.28.
Sky City Entertainment Group fell 5c to $3.39, while Auckland International Airport was unchanged at $1.99.
Retailer The Warehouse was up 2c to $4.50 and Hallenstein Glassons rose 5c to $3.10.
Sky Television gained 2c to $4.80, while Restaurant Brands rose 7c to $1.56.
The market will be closed on Monday for the Labour weekend holiday.
