The Australian firm Charles Parsons has reportedly bought the sports and marine wear manufacturer Line7 for an undisclosed amount.
The Dominion Post reports the privately owned textile wholesaler would continue to supply Line 7's existing agriculture and marine customers.
Line7 was placed in receivership in July, owing unsecured creditors $5 million.
