Auckland Primary Principals' Association president on NCEA qualifications of new primary teachers

The president of the Auckland Primary Principals' Association says minimum knowledge requirements for prospective teachers is a double-edged sword, given the size of New Zealand's teacher shortage. Kyle Brewerton spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
