Karyn speaks with Dr Andrew Chen about how important the Covid tracer app is to help track the movements of the infected person while they were in Wellington to establish who has been a close contact.

10:40  The Rest Is History: Launch of The Listener in 1939

Tonight we look back in time to 1939 when the first issue of the Listener was published

It's almost a year since the Listener was relaunched after its near death experience when Bauer Media dumped its New Zealand stable of magazines during lockdown last year.

One of those who has edited the Listener along the way is Finlay Macdonald. He joins Karyn to look back at that first issue and the way things were back then.
