Papua New Guinea's parliament has sworn in its new Governor General Michael Ogio.
Parliament was recalled today for a special sitting to swear in Mr Ogio who is a former education minister.
Last month, MPs voted Mr Ogio in as governor general by a clear majority after the Supreme Court ruled last June's selection of Sir Paulias Matane was unconstitutional.
