Fiji's National People's Charter Advisory Council has been meeting to review reports submitted by various ministries into their operations.
Its chairman, Josefa Serulagilagi, has told Fijilive that they have received reports from four out of the 23 ministries.
He says these are all part of government reforms.
Mr Serulagilagi says he believes the destiny of Fiji lies in the hands of her people and they have to make the best of the current situation.
