Vanuatu's Prime minister, Edward Natapei, is this week on an official visit in China where he plans to discuss assistance to his country in various sectors, especially fishing.
Mr Natapei is expecting to discuss the project of a Chinese fish factory built at Black Sands outside Port Vila.
The government of China handed over the factory to the Vanuatu government last year but the factory has not yet opened after a court order first ordered an Envirromental Impact Assessment.
Mr Natapei is accompanied by his Minister of Finance and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
