The National Disaster Management Office in Solomon Islands has confirmed that 13 people are now known to have died following the recent flooding on Guadalcanal.
Disaster Management officer, Julian Maka'a, says seven other people are still missing.
Mr Maka'a says about nine-thousand people on Guadalcanal have been badly affected by flooding.
However, he says that nearly 30-thousand people on Guadalcanal have been suffered some sort of impact.
